NO REFUNDS. EXCHANGES ONLY
-WE DO NOT ACCEPT EXCHANGES ON SALE ITEMS or items purchased during a sale.
-WE DO NOT ACCEPT EXCHANGES ON UNDERGARMENTS OR THONG BODYSUITS
-YOU MUST BE APPROVED FOR AN EXCHANGE BEFORE SENDING BACK YOUR PURCHASE OR THE ITEMS WILL BE SENT BACK TO YOU
All exchanges are dependent on available stock. To request an for any reason, please email us at babesandfelines@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving your shipment. Once we receive your request, we will approve your request. Items must be in their original packaging, in as-new condition with both the packing slip and merchandise return form completed.
We are not responsible for shipping charges for returns. Please note: all orders processed with a discount code or sale price are final sale and may not be returned.
Please email us to discuss any exchanges that you'd like to do. Notice of exchanges must be done within five days of customer receiving merchandise. Once shipped, we do not accept returns.

If you have any questions, we are happy to answer any before and after your purchase with us.

We require a tracking number on merchandise that is sent back to us and these items must be returned in the same condition that it was received.

Once received, it may take up to 2 weeks to process your exchange.
